Ringkasan Cerita SPARTACUS: VENGEANCE (2010) SEASON 3 [AIRING] :

The inspiration behind this series is the Thracian Gladiator Spartacus, who led a slave uprising against the Roman Republic. The Thracians had been persuaded by Claudius Glaber to serve as auxiliaries in the Roman legions in a campaign against the Getae, who had often plundered Thracian lands. However after Glaber reneges on the deal and switches his attentions from the Getae to attack Mithridates in Asia Minor, the Thracians feel betrayed and mutiny.

Captured by Glaber, Spartacus is condemned to death as a Gladiator, whilst his wife Sura is condemned to slavery. Spartacus, however, proves to be a formidable gladiator, and defeats the four gladiators tasked with executing him. He becomes a favorite of the crowd, leading Senator Albinius to commute his death sentence to a life of slavery. Spartacus is purchased by Batiatus for gladiator training, who promises to help him find Sura if he proves himself in training…

EPISODE 1: ENEMIES OF ROME
Synopsis

And we’re right back in it on a battlefield soaked in blood, bodies and limbs everywhere. We pan over a mountainside and see serious fighting. The Romans are complaining about how well the enemy forces are doing. Suddenly, Spartacus comes riding up, in slow-mo of course, and begins to lay waste. He’s a one man wrecking machine. His horse is speared and he falls. Just as aleader yells at his men to kill him, the uprising comes up from behind and the battle is afoot, blood spurting, necks cracking, swords swinging. The Roman leaders finally, wisely retreat as Spartacus and his troops do in the final stragglers.

EPISODE 2: WOLVES AT THE GATE
Synopsis

Everyone is regrouping after the recent battles. Crassus has amassed an army and, thanks to Tiberius, armor and weaponry for said army. Crassus thinks he needs just one more thing to kick Spartacus’ ass: Julius Caesar. Caesar has covered himself in glory fighting battles abroad. One small problem, he’s fallen deeply in debt in the process. Crassus brings him in and proposes a deal since Caesar has god-like lineage and no cash and Crassus has no special lineage but oodles of money he says I will pay your bills if you will help me stop the slave rebellion and kill Spartacus. He believes this will bring them both greater glory down the road. Caesar, who’s apparently gotten a little freaky abroad since he now he enjoys sex play that involves cutting,is up for this plan.

EPISODE 3: MEN OF HONOR
Synopsis

Men Of Honor – Spartacus considers striking a deal with a band of marauders to ensure his people stay supplied and fed. Crassus son Tiberius makes a bold and fateful decision.

EPISODE 4: DECIMATION
Synopsis

This show is always bloody but tonight is truly bloody hell as loyalties and ground shifts both among the rebel slaves and Marcus Crassus’ army. Heracleo and his merry band of pirates arrive with their shipments but they have more wine than food and that is becoming a serious problem in the city as everyone is going hungry as they take in more rebel slaves inside the city walls.
